Which engines does mentionedin.ai track?
ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews. ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude are asked through their APIs with web search or grounding on; Google AI Overviews is read from the live results page.
What is AI visibility?
How often AI answer engines name your brand when someone asks a question your product answers, such as the best tool for a job or a comparison between vendors. mentionedin.ai measures it as a mention rate from 10 runs per prompt per engine.
Why are single AI answers not reliable?
The same question can return a different list of brands on the next run. That is why every headline number in mentionedin.ai comes from 10 runs, and single runs are shown only as spot checks.
What does the page grader check?
Whether the first 50 words say who you are, what you do, where you work and the price, whether JSON-LD is present and valid, whether AI crawlers are allowed, whether an llms.txt exists, whether the copy is readable without JavaScript, and whether the title and description name your category.
Does mentionedin.ai write content for me?
Today it rewrites the opening of any page that fails the First 50 Words check, from facts you confirm. Full page drafts are planned and not part of the plan yet.
How much does mentionedin.ai cost?
$99 a month, or $79 a month billed yearly, on the Founder plan, with a 14 day trial. Extra consistency engine runs cost $19 per 200. Prices exclude VAT.
Can I cancel mentionedin.ai any time?
Yes. Cancel from billing and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your data stays readable while the plan is inactive.
Is mentionedin.ai related to mentioned.ai?
No. They are two different companies. mentioned.ai drafts outreach pitches to third party pages; mentionedin.ai measures AI answers and fixes your own site.
Where is my data stored?
mentionedin.ai is hosted in the EU, in Germany. The companies that process data for us are listed on the sub-processors page, and a Data Processing Agreement is available for customers.
